The upcoming Art Basel and just-opened Venice Biennale have some competition this year, and New Yorkers needn’t book a seat in first class to find it. Last weekend heralded the inaugural Bushwick Biennial.

The Bushwick Biennial runs through July 19th at the Nurture Art, Pocket Utopia and English Kills galleries.
